in theory, yes.
in practice:

when speed 200, force 50, engraving cuts over completely
when speed 70, force 20, doesn't even cut through
when speed 70, force 20, engraving is proper
when speed 100, force 80, cutting is proper

1, 2 buttons on, navigate laserhead to correct location, esc, test, and close lid
load your design on PC, dedicated software: load engrave/cut method, speed and force dowload the settings to the machine
